It is the summer of 2000, and Reggie McCaffrey didn't ever expect to come back to his old college newspaper, the Forester. He also didn't expect to run into Brenda Alvarez, the girl he met during her freshman orientation. It's almost not surprising what happens next...except for a couple of complications.

It's Spring Semester 2001, and both Reggie McCaffrey and Jim Case are set to graduate. Despite their similar paths, their futures look like they're heading in two difference directions. And with Brenda Alvarez set to take over as Editor, the clock is ticking!

At the end of Fall Semester 2001, Brenda Alvarez, now Editor-in-Chief of the Forester, is failing math. Her boyfriend, Reggie McCaffrey, is in his own little world, having declared war on the Forest State men's basketball coach. Brenda turns to her tutor for guidance, but will Reggie's jealousy spell doom?

It's Spring 2002, and Davis Brown has finally decided that he wants to write for the Forester. The flaky Sports Editor, Steve Grissom, gives Davis a shot at covering softball. After covering his first game, Davis never knew what hit him!

The final story in the series, summer has arrived, and all of the events of the past three years come together in a phrenetic state of emoitions, ending with one of the ultimate displays of emotion..
